4 - egg
4 cloves - garlic
3 - red chilli
1/2 tsp - pepper
1 tsp - cumin
Salt to taste 4 tsp - oil
Coriander leaves
Method:
- Boil an egg and keep it aside.
- Finely grind all other ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the ground mix for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice the egg into 4 pieces without separating yolk.
- Add it into masala.
- Fry for 2 minutes.
- Serve with coriander leaves.
